Our experience includes representing the lender or borrower on unsecured loans, secured loans, revolving credit loans, commercial finance, term and asset based lending transactions, short and long term construction lending, permanent financing on single family, multi-unit dwellings, commercial buildings and co-operative apartments. We routinely handle related IRC 1031 Exchange closings as well as leasing, zoning, land use, and municipal approvals.

	Our real estate portfolio consists of properties in all sixty-two (62) counties of New York State including the five (5) boroughs, Long Island and Westchester. Our offices in Clifton Park and Lake Placid, New York and our affiliates in Buffalo and Rochester, New York enable us to attend closings in all areas across the state. We close in the county the property is located in or at the bank's branch if the parties prefer.
