Mr. Colucci graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School (L.L.B., J.D.) and Canisius College (B.S.). He is an active member of the Erie County and New York State Bar Association (member, Business Law Section). Mr. Colucci has served as President of Catholic Lawyers Association, Erie County Bar Foundation and the Buffalo Civil Service Commission. Additionally, Mr. Colucci is a director of the 1st United Bank of Florida, a past board member of National Attorneys Title Insurance Corporation, Ticor Title Insurance Company, NYS Project Finance Agency, Palm Beach Attorneys Title Fund Advisory Board, NYS Mortgage Corporation, the Community Foundation of Greater Buffalo, and the Civil Service Commission. Additionally, Mr. Colucci was recently selected to membership on the Buffalo Fiscal Stability Authority. Mr. Colucci's practice is concentrated in banking, real estate and public finance law. Ms. Spellman graduated from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh with a B.A., cum laude and Albany Law School of Union University with a J.D., magna cum laude. She is a member of the New York Bar Association (member of the Real Property Section), the Mortgage Bankers Association of Northeastern New York, and has completed Mediation and Arbitration training. Her practice is in commercial law, real estate, bankruptcy, title insurance and foreclosure. Additionally, Ms. Spellman acts as the Firm's CFO and supervises the Comptroller and her accounting staff.

Mr. Peller graduated from Syracuse University with a B.A. and received a J.D. from Ohio Northern University College of Law. He is a member of the New York State and Saratoga County Bar Associations as well as the Mortgage Bankers Association of Northeastern New York. Additionally, he serves as Deputy Town Attorney for the Town of Clifton Park, Saratoga County, New York and has served as Counsel to the Republican Committee for the Town of Clifton Park, Saratoga County, New York. Mr. Peller has previously lectured at the New York State Bar Association Seminar entitled "Mortgage Foreclosures and Workouts" in April, 2002 and frequently appears before the Northern Adirondack Realtor's Association. He presents workshops to first time home buyers and realtors.
